Common questions
What counts as a Swoopstake?
Any active draw or tournament you're running. Archived/ended ones don't count toward the Free limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — manage your subscription from the dashboard. You keep Pro features until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my extra Swoopstakes if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. After your Pro period ends, your most recently updated Swoopstake stays active and the rest are paused — hidden from public but fully preserved. You can reactivate them anytime (one at a time on Free, or all of them by upgrading again).
What goes on custom display slides?
Anything that fits your venue — meal deals, drink offers, team merch, sponsor logos, who you are. They interleave between the live leaderboard slides.
What's a vanity URL?
A short personal link like swoopstaker.com/the-red-lion that shows all your Swoopstakes in one place. Pro only.
